By creating an account or using Uphori.rip (the "Service") you agree to these Terms and Rules. The operators of the Service ("we", "us", "our") are not responsible for content posted by members or for member accounts. Content expresses the views of its author only.
The Service is only available to people who are at least 18 years old. If you are younger, please do not register. By registering you confirm that you are 18 or older.
Uphori.rip is invite-only. An invitation code is meant for the person it was given to: do not sell, trade or publicly share codes. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens through your account. Do not share your account with anyone.
Content you submit (threads, comments, shoutbox messages, profile wall posts, tickets and so on) may be reviewed by staff, and most of it is visible to other members. Do not submit anything you consider private or confidential.
You agree not to post or link content that is defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, spam or spam-like, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable, that contains personal information of other people, that risks copyright infringement, that encourages unlawful activity, or that otherwise breaks the law. You are entirely responsible for your content and your conduct.
We may remove or edit any content, mute or ban an account, or end your access to all or part of the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Requests to remove or change content are handled at our discretion.
You keep the copyright in your content. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, publish and re-publish it in connection with the Service.
Once you have bought a Premium subscription you are given immediate access to the Premium area. Because access starts immediately, Premium purchases are final and not refundable, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.
Creating a new account to get around a ban or a mute, or to avoid any other staff decision, is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban.
Tampering with the Service or with any product published on it, probing or attacking its security, or trying to access other people's accounts is prohibited and will, at minimum, result in removal from the forums.
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
These terms may be changed at any time without notice. By continuing to use the Service you accept the current version.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register or use the Service. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you wish to close your account, please open a support ticket.
